It’s about cultivating the mindset, awareness, and resilience that empowers individuals to navigate the complexities of life with clarity and purpose. Whether working with young people at the beginning of their journeys, professionals looking to level up or entire organisations striving for impact, my approach is rooted in the belief that true transformation comes through deep human connection, reflection and action.
For the last decade, I’ve had the privilege of serving as the Director of Coaching at Catalyst In Communities (CIC). Here, I designed and led groundbreaking initiatives that helped hundreds of young Londoners break through both personal and collective barriers. This work, grounded in mindset mastery, leadership development and cultural awareness, has not only supported individual growth but also created a ripple effect in the communities we serve. Through CIC, we set a new standard for what it means to empower and uplift young people, particularly in underserved communities, and I am immensely proud of the impact we made.
 Alongside my direct coaching work, I have trained and mentored countless coaches, educators and community leaders, helping them refine their craft and develop the presence necessary to guide others through transformational journeys. My approach is built on a deep respect for ancestral wisdom, combining the insights of ancient practices with modern coaching science to create a holistic, powerful methodology.

My methodology is deeply rooted in a conversation-centric approach that prioritise meaningful, powerful and transformative dialogues. This approach is designed to raise awareness, prompt personal growth and foster sustainable change within individuals and communities. By employing active listening and engaging in co-creation and co-design of solutions, we ensure that our interventions are both impactful and tailored to the unique needs of those we serve.
1) The Power of Conversation
Conversations are at the heart of my coaching methodology. I believe that through thoughtful and intentional dialogue, individuals can gain profound insights into their own lives and the challenges they face. For 26 years, I've facilitated conversations that not only address immediate concerns but also explore deeper underlying issues, uncovering hidden potentials and empowering individuals and groups to take meaningful steps towards their goals.
2) Active Listening
Coaching is not about the passive reception of information. It's about being an engaged and empathetic listener, where we seek to understand the full context of each individual's experiences. By listening deeply, we create a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel heard and valued. This validation is crucial in building trust and encouraging openness, which are essential for transformative change.
3) Co-Creation and Co-Design
I recognise that sustainable solutions are best achieved through collaboration. Through my practice, I co-create and co-design solutions with my clients to develop strategies that are both practical and resonant. This collaborative process ensures that the solutions are not only effective but fully owned by those who will implement them. By involving clients in the design process, they're empowered to take active roles in their personal and community development.
4) Raising Awareness and Prompting Growth
My conversation-centric approach is specifically designed to raise awareness and prompt growth. Through guided conversations, clients are helped to identify their strengths, challenges and opportunities. These conversations are structured to encourage reflection, foster self-awareness and inspire proactive change.
